The Data Analytics Lab, FCSE, GIK Institute, proudly hosted its first workshop under the Erasmus+ Project series on Technical Training in AR/VR and Digital Twin on 12th October 2024. The event marked a significant milestone in fostering innovation and technical expertise in immersive technologies.
The workshop brought together 72 participants from top universities, including GIK Institute, PAF IAST, UET Peshawar, MUET, NFC Multan, WUS, VU, COMSATS Attock, COMSATS Wah, and professionals from PAC Kamra. The diverse audience reflected the growing interest in Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Digital Twin technologies across academia and industry.
Participants engaged in hands-on sessions using Unity 3D, gaining practical skills and insights into creating immersive experiences. The interactive nature of the workshop allowed attendees to explore the potential of AR/VR and Digital Twin technologies, equipping them with tools to drive innovation in their respective fields.
