The ERASMUS+ Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) CATCH_VR Project Review Meeting and Executive Committee sessions were successfully held from 4–7 June 2026 at the University of Oradea, Romania. Bringing together academic leaders and researchers from Pakistan and Europe under the theme “Redefining Skills with Digital Twin & Immersive Experience,” the four-day event featured key consortium partners including Mehran University (MUET), University of Oradea, GIKI, QUEST Nawabshah, and UET Peshawar.
The international gathering focused on evaluating critical project milestones, validating key performance indicators (KPIs), and reviewing the development of state-of-the-art AR/VR and Digital Twin laboratories. Additionally, the sessions advanced innovative academic programs designed to strengthen next-generation immersive learning, enhance capacity building, and deepen global research collaboration across participating higher education institutions.
