Inspiring Innovation through STEAM & Emerging Technologies!

An interactive awareness session on “The Importance of STEAM-Based Education and Training with Low-Cost Digital Twin AR/VR Tools for College Education” was successfully held at GBHSS Muhammad Bux Shoro, Qasimabad, Hyderabad, under the EU co-funded CATCH_VR Project.

Led by Anza Arain, Volunteering Ambassador of CATCH_VR, the session encouraged students to explore STEAM through tools like Digital Twins (DT), Augmented Reality (AR), and Virtual Reality (VR) for interactive learning.

Highlights:

Speakers: Anza, Alisha, and Zameer shared insights on STEAM and immersive technologies.

“STEAM in Action” by Shahid & Ramsha featured creative science and tech activities.

“Impacts of Change” by Hasnain, Bisma & Kashmala explored Industry 4.0 and 5.0 skills.

Real-Life Applications by Nadia, Iram & Laiba connected AR/VR with real-world use.

Principal Mr. Dildar Ali Channar and Prof. Dr. Bhawani Shankar Chowdhry appreciated the Mehran University Volunteering Team for promoting innovation and digital learning.
